Difficult to assemble in a cold garage as the parts were stiff and trying to force them together caused hairline fractures. Maybe assembly in a warm location would be better, or maybe the joints were too tight.
Nice storage space.

My husband assembled the product easily. We are using it in our basement to store holiday decorations and other odds and ends. We used our own "rubbermaid" containers but I called customer service first to find out if the size bins we owned would fit and they do. I would suggest making that call before buying the organizer just to make sure your bins fit.

We just moved into a new home that had no garage storage cabinets (unlike our previous home). I was stuck with many bins and no easy way to stack them so that I could get one without having to pull down the whole pile. This system lets me mark the bins easily and pull down only what I need. It is very strong and user friendly.

I use this storage unit in the corner of my home office, which is the hub for family paperwork, kids' projects, photographs and frames, crafts and scrapbooking supplies, as well as my freelance writing and editing business. These bins are ideal for the large amounts of individual items/subject that need to be stored out of site.

I chose difficult to move because if you purchase this product you're purchasing it to go in one place and stay there for awhile. You'll need to make sure where you put it is where you want it. And I actually like that about it. It's secure to the wall and I like that if the kids pull on it or sneak to climb on it it is secure.

It also isn't necessarily difficult to assemble it just needs an electric screwdriver so if you don't have one then that would present a difficulty. Other than that I'm very pleased with it and glad that I have it. :-)

we are using this in basements to maximize storage - it is a perfect unit.
the ease of removal and placement make this unit excellent. the dimensions are great and we use them back to back. for maximum space untilization.

The directions were slightly questionable; however the pictures and stickers on the pieces made it easier to figure out. Says it assembles in minutes---not unless you are a handyman! Worth it, though, because it is very tough and has given me a whole new space to organize with! I would buy another one tomorrow if I needed it!

Just came on to order a 2nd one. We are using this in the basement. I have tons of different brand bins & sizes & they all fit! In regards to the time to put together it took my husband 30 mins with a power screwdriver. He was surprised that it was a complaint. We are working now to find someone with an appropriate drill to mount it to the concrete wall.
I think coming to buy a 2nd one says it all - it's great!

Previously stored all of my bins in the rafters of my garage. Now that they are stored in this organizer there is no more climbing up and down ladders to retrieve the heavy bins.

Love this unit. It does have to be attached to the wall. However, it beats having to move every single bin to get to the lower one! It is overpriced, but I would still get it as I want to make storage not just big but easy to use.

I bought one of these over 1 yr. ago and it has exceeded my expectations! I found it easy to assemble and in fact assembled it myself w/o husband's help (which I usually need). I store all my holiday decorations in bins w/labels, this system makes it easy to take out the bin I need w/o the need to lift other boxes off of each other. The only precaution I would suggest is to make sure you buy the appropriate bins for it as not all fit. The best ones I have found to be the 32 ones. I am buying another one as I expand my holiday decorations every yr. due to after holiday sales ;) This product is so simple it is genius. It is sturdy and believe me I have loaded it up! Excellent construction, easy to slide bins in and out. Excellent product at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a sensible storage system.

Great product with high utility. Wasn't aware that it needed to be anchored to the wall for stability so we had to put wood up in the attic. Definitely takes time to assemble but in the end it was worth it

I purchased one about six months ago and it is fantastic. I store all of my holiday decorations in plastic boxes and this makes it very easy to find specific marked boxes for each holiday. I have more boxes so I will need to purchase another one this spring. They are not moveable as they have to attach to the garage wall, but they will be easy to take with me when I move to another home.

The unit itself is well-made. The 18-gallon blue bins I ordered for use with the unit were slightly dented in shipping, and thus they had little white pressure/stress marks on the lids. This was very disappointing!

Seriously....why did I wait so long to buy one of these?! I've been watching it for years now. Somehow the thought of PVC made me think flimsy, but now that it's in my garage....it's great! Definitely a two person job to put together, as it's big and bulky - too awkward for one. That's been mentioned by others. One thing I did want to mention, though, not all storage bins fit equally. I had a garage full of 18-20 gallon containers from different manufacturers. The Sterilites fit PERFECTLY. The old Rubbermaid flexible containers fit okay, but I have some cheapies that do not fit well at all. They roll around in the compartments. Just wanted to mention that that all containers are not created equal for this application. That said, I'm ordering another of these storage units today!

I have 8 kids and have tons of tubs with their old clothes in them. This unit allows me to stack the tubs and get to the ones on the bottom without moving the ones on the top. WONDERFUL!!!

It was also easy to put together. My 11 year old son did most of the construction. He only needed help using the drill to put in the screws.

I originally bought two of these and put them together with the help of my husband. I am the assembler in the family, but it was helpful to have another set of hands. Easy to assemble, lots of screws though. Best to use a good cordless screwdriver. My 16 year old helped me with the third unit, and we had it together pretty quickly. I also ordered the file box organizer, which was slightly different, but similar construction. I would definitely recommend these. The three bin holders went out on one wall in my garage, and it really looks nice and organized. That's 36 bins, neat and tidy. Even my neighbors noticed how nice it looked.

This thing is AMAZING... Prior to this I had my totes stacked on top of each other, so it was impossible to access the lower totes without removing everything (not to mention the "crush" the top totes constantly did to the bottom ones! This rack is ingenious in simplicity and design and does exactly what I want - organized storage and easy access to all the bins! AWESOME!

We bought 4 sets of the storage racks for the basement. This got our plastic storage boxes off the floor and in a position that we can access one box without having to move the stacks around . Also , with the boxes in their own cubical , the chance of things being crushed is none. This product has brought order to our basement. Would buy more in future.

We have put this in our basement for seasonal and holiday storage. It is sturdy, if cumbersome to put together. You will definitely need a second person to help you put it together. I recommend a friend with good upper body strength and power tools. You absolutely need a power screw driver -- there are more than 60 screws before you mount it to the wall.

My 14 year old son put the organizer together very quickly for me. It was easy to assemble. It is very light weight which allowed us to carry it out to the garage and decide where to put it. And the best feature is that I can store 12 30-gallon boxes and can easily get to the ones on the bottom. I am about to order another one. If I can fit 2 more in my garage, I will get them. I couldn't be happier!

Once its set up, the organizer is great to have. We used it to store costumes and props for a small dance company. It allows us to separate items while being able to access them easily as needed without moving tons of boxes out of the way. The main complaint- the assembly procedures and piecing together are miserable. You cannot do this on your own. The instructions are not clear and its a lot of trial and error. The labels that come with the containers fall off on their own. Buy your own labels. I would still recommend it, but if I had known it would be so difficult to assemble, I would not have started on my own.

This is an awesome product. I suppose if you were real handy you could make this yourself for cheaper, it seems like its just heavy-duty PVC pipe. But for convenience it's perfectly priced, it works great, I love it.

This unit is an attractive and practical end to garage clutter. I can finally get to the bottom bin easily. The unit anchors to the wall, so it is very safe.
The directions were a little unclear, and it took two people to assemble. All the necessary hardware was in the package.
If I needed more storage, I would definitely purchase another unit.

What a great idea with common materials. Everything is measured, drilled, and provided. Assembly couldn't be easier. There is no better system out there. It is such an obvious idea yet so elusive for us common home owners. I'm glad I found it and will be purchasing more. Superb! is the best way to describe it.

Perfect for recycling as our city doesn't have regular curbside pickup. I keep a bin in the house for recyclables. When it fills up, I take it out to the garage and sort into the bins in the Bin Warehouse. It completely eliminates clutter, I don't have to make as many trips to the recycling center, and all the items are presorted when I get there. It wasn't difficult to put together, secures to a wall for safety, and is extremely stable. So simple, it's brilliant!

What a great shelving unit. It was a breeze to put together (although the instructions were a little unclear in points, it was easy to figure out), it was so lightweight I was able to move it around easily, it's extremely durable, and stands sturdy even without anchoring it to the wall (I'm using it in a basement storage room with brick walls I can't drill into.) Terrific unit.

It does just what it says it does, on the box. Very strong and very convenient for the storage of large containers. Good quality and a sense of durability. My only criticism is that the instructions supplied could have been more clear, especially the photographs. Poor black and white pictures were used and not enough close-ups of the various interesections. Assembly time was around an hour and I consider myself handy.

The Bin Warehouse changed my life. No kidding. I enjoy decorating for all holidays and over the years have collected many decorations for all occasions. These used to be stored in mulitple small boxes in my garage. It became a jumbled mess and my husband suffered by making many trips from the garage to the house carrying all the boxes. With the bin warehouse, one box holds everything and it's neat and labeled and takes up much less room. My garage looks amazing. Thank you for making this great product.

The bin warehouse has really helped us organize our basement which has absolutely no shelving at this point. I use a few of the bins to organize clothes that need to make there way down from my older daughter to my younger daughter. Another is a running goodwill bin. The other great thing about this warehouse is that it is waterproof. Our basement tends to take on water (just last night in fact!) and we do not need to worry about any items stored in these bins getting wet. Great product - thanks!
