This product is the best design I found, but I think it is a little pricey for what we got. It is plastic, lightweight and balanced no matter how many tools are place in it.

This outdoor tool organizer is just great. everything from shovels to rakes fits neatly and tightly and the easy moving castors make it a breeze to move it around. Highly recommended.
