I got this after one of my bean bag lap desks started leaking. After being disappointed at what was available in local stores, I decided to take a chance. Also I was going to have abdominal surgery and knew I would not be able to sit upright for a couple of weeks. I continue to use them long after the incision has healed.
I now own two of these. They are perfect for computing while sitting in a recliner or laying on the couch. They were perfect when I took a trip and knew I would not have a desk or table to work on,
The lightness and memory foam let me sit and work comfortably for long periods of times in my recliner.
I have two picky complaints: the product is barely big enough for my 16 inch laptop, but perfect for my 14 inch laptop, and acceptable for my 15 inch laptop. I also had to put a non slip pad on one lap desk because one computer had lost its bottom rubber grips. The slippery surface is not a problem for my other laptops.
In spite of these imperfections, I love this product.
