Built-in handles make this laptop desk easy to carry. These lap top desks include two extra-wide rubber bands to keep papers from blowing away when you're sitting outside enjoying the breeze. Priced so you can afford extras to keep in the office or any place you need a portable work surface.

I am disabled and spend much of my day in my lift recliner. This lap desk is perfect for my needs. The curved design enables the lap desk to be closer to me so it is very convenient to use with my laptop. The wide design spans the distance between the arms of the chair perfectly. The price is amazing.

I use the lap board to hold my laptop so it doesn't overheat on my lap- my daughter uses it for her "puzzle board" to assemble puzzles in her lap, and my husband uses it to grade papers. It is awesome, I am thinking we might need more than one! Very lightweight and stores easily behind chairs or furniture in our living room. We love it!

Comments about Stacks and Stacks Lap Desk - Lap Board:

I bought this lap board for my mother's Christmas gift. She has been very delighted with its use. I purchased this one because it resembled one from a writing tool company whose lap board is much more expensive. I couldn't be happier that my mother is enjoying this gift.

Comments about Stacks and Stacks Lap Desk - Lap Board:

One of the main reason I purchased this item it it stated it is strong enough to hold a lap top computer. That is not entirely true, it will hold it but the weight of thecomputer makes the board hit your legs. Pluss there is not enough room to do anything else such as taking notes. It justs needs to be a little thicker.

Functional and Useful
By Jill from South Carolina on 1/26/2007

Comments about Stacks and Stacks Lap Desk - Lap Board:

I bought two of the lapboards, one for each of my daughters, to use while studying on their beds. I have also liked using it to do paperwork at night while watching television.
Because of its large size I thought it would not work in an arm chair, but so far, every place I've sat to use it has made my work much easier.
The children also like using it for eating snacks in front of the television.
The large rubber bands are great too. They keep things in place and organized.

By Lynne from Undisclosed on 1/6/2006

Comments about Stacks and Stacks Lap Desk - Lap Board:

I bought this as a gift for my husband to use with his laptop computer. Upon arrival at my home, I was disappointed to learn that this was merely made of MDF (NOT plywood as stated in the description). After two sessions of use, it has already begun to peel. This will not be a complete loss...it has given me a good idea to have a craftsman custom-make one for me in finer materials. (If not for this point, I would have rated this a "One Star."
