Inspired by traditional Japanese paper lanterns with a retro flare, this unique floor lamp is as artistic as it is functional. The paper-like floor lamp emits soft, diffused light with an internal bulb, while creating sculptural drama when not in use. The contemporary floor lamp has a removable shade, constructed from corrugated parchment, that is available in a variety of neutral and bright colors to match any decorating scheme. Uses one 60 watt incandescent bulb.

Two of these lamps were placed in the elevator section of the lobby with a bench and mirror in-between. Condo owners loved the look so it was decided to use a third Retro Lamp in a dark corner of the main part of the lobby. The beautiful design and good illumination bring compliments from guests on a regular basis.

I was skeptical about ordering such an expensive lamp from the internet. The box came within 12 days. We had to put it together, but things went extremely well (and we are not talented at such things). The lamp is just awesome. The color is bright(red) and it really adds pizzazz to our room. I am thrilled with my purchase!
