Even though the instructions said it was a two-person assembly job, I was quickly able to assemble the unit myself. Do not like the two- piece side uprights which are joined by a single dowel in the middle of the board. This is too tipsy when standing the unit upright at assembly. Should have used two dowels spaced about the centerline for better stability (or a single piece design). Overall I am pleased with the product as it will do a fine job of holding my CDs.
