This is a very attractive deco-style shelf that was easy to install and it is very solid on the wall. It is also substantial, the glass being nice and thick.

3 Shelves in a cascade
By Rick from Phoenix, AZ on 2/11/2007

Comments about Stacks and Stacks Premiere Brushed Gray Metal and Glass Shelf Kit:

Mounted 3 shelves in a cascade down the wall; left to right. Mounting the 1st one was really tough, especially since I did not have any studs in the wall which were appropriately positioned. Since I don't trust plastic anchors for holding potentially heavy objects on plasterboard, I got different anchors and screws. If you're doing the same, MAKE SURE you get flathead screws. Figuring out which way to insert the rubber cushion so the glass would fit was also an issue. You may have to read the instructions several times.
Finished configuration looks GREAT; everything I'd hoped for.
