The shelves are beautiful but the little plastic pieces that are put on the metal cylinders to hold the glass in place, do not stay put. They slide because they are not sticky enough to stick to the cylinders. This is hazardous and I'm afraid the shelves will "roll" off the holders so I don't really have all that I want on the shelves.

Mounting holes must be drilled very precisely, else must be repaired and then start installation over again. When finally mounted properly, the mounting screws still are visible. not very attractive.

These shelves are just what I expected. I bought four to make two longer shelves and they look great. I would recommend these for someone looking to display a smaller quantity of things. These are not for a large wall or large items.

We have a small bedroom where we installed a flat panel TV screen on the wall and I needed to find the right size shelves to hold the cable box and DVD recorder. I searched over an hour on the internet and these shelves from Stacks and Stacks fit the bill perfectly. Stylish and just the right size.

Shelves are very functional and appealing to the eyes. My only complaint are the drywall anchors that were in the assembly kit. The shelves did not feel secure and I had to remove them, leaving large holes that had to be mended. I used plastic toggle bolts that worked better. They look great in my bathroom.
