I screwed the baskets down onto the shelf of a cabinet, and found that the rubber coating peals off very easily. Perhaps I should have used a different kind of fastener, but the scews were the least obtrusive, since I did not want to block out the high quality wood of the shelf. Another problem is that these baskets are quite expensive, especially given the fact that they are manufactured in China, and the material cost is very low. Somebody is making a lot of money here! Finally, the baskets deform rather easily. A larger wire size could solve this problem. Overall, I give 3 stars, so many because I could not find ANTHING on the entire web for sale that was even close to this. Most people use cheap, plastic separators, which, of course, cannot be screwed down.
