The only complaint I had with the product was after I purchased two I realized I needed one more. When I received the next order of the same product the wood color was different.

Don't buy this product! I purchased this rack, mounted it on a wall in my kitchen, and put about 8 glasses on it. Within an hour, a wine glass worked its way off and shattered on the floor. That is when I noticed that many of the wooden pegs were warped, and some were angled slightly downward, allowing the glasses to gradually slide off the rack. After cleaning up the shattered glass, I added little pieces of foam tape to the end of the wooden pegs to prevent the glasses from sliding off the end. This kept the glasses from sliding off, but a couple hours later the whole rack pulled off the wall, shattering all 8 wine glasses and sending shards of glass everywhere. This could have seriously injured somebody if it had happened during a meal, since this rack was a couple of feet from the family dinner table. Fortunately there was nobody in the room when it came crashing down. The rack came off the wall because the mollys and screws provided with the rack are woefully undersized for the type of weight that the rack must bear.[...]

Easy to install, holds glasses with big stem bases.
It holds 3 of my large martini glasses, 2 red wine glasses, 2 champagne flutes, and 2 beer pilsners.
My glasses are large so I am sure it will hold more regular sized glasses.

This is an excellent addition for people who, like me, live in studios or small spaces where certain walls can be used to maximize storage options. The look of the glasses makes for a very simple, clean arrangement. However, the product could be improved if there were felt round tip "stoppers" (or something of that nature) that could be attached to the ends of each stem to keep end glasses from sliding.

We are very pleased with this purchase; it has really helped to free-up cabinet space. If you plan to hang martini glasses you may want to purchase two racks, one just for the martini glasses since they take up quite a bit of space.

Broke when we tried to hang it. Very poor design - the end prongs are too close to the mounting holes which make it impossible to mount with a drill without breaking them off. First and last Stacks&Stacks purchase.

After buying some new Riedel wine glasses, we found that none of the wine glass racks we found anywhere, whether the clear plastic kind, wooden "T" ones, etc., could accommodate the large bases. This peg-type one was perfect.

I bought two of these racks to put next to each other along my kitchen wall, and together, they hold ten rows of two glasses each. I have three rows of red wine glasses, two rows of white wine glasses, three rows of snifters, and two rows of other stemware. The racks were easy to assemble (just level them and screw them into the wall) and required no extra finishing to look good. While I am now impressed with them, I was initially quite disappointed. When I received my two racks, one was growing some sort of mold on the end, and it had spread to the first two prongs. I ended up using copious amounts of Lysol and paper towels and then left it out in the summer sun for a few hours, which seems to have killed whatever was growing on it. More than a month on, I haven't had any other problems.
