It's great for air drying hand-washed dishes and kitchen gadgets. When company comes, it is EASY stowage below my sink. This is my second one; the first rusted at the feet after a couple years, so this does not last forever, but is so practical, and accommodates plenty of items.

This is my 2nd rack, the 1st one finally started to degrade after about 10yrs. Works great, holds more than the other folding racks due to the flat surface for the lower. Have a small one like it in the RV.As far as I'm concerned, this is the ONLY one to use.Stack & Stacks is the only place I could find it.
Comments about Stacks and Stacks Dish Rack - Folding:
It is not Chrome plated, just painted grey but for the design and how much this holds we couldn't find anything better out there. It easily folds up if you need your counter space back and we LOVE how many cups you can hold on either side! 2 things would make this perfect: stainless steel and a silverware basket. Totally worth it without them though for the space it's saved in our tiny kitchen.
Comments about Stacks and Stacks Dish Rack - Folding:
I feel this is an understated design, simply steel not highly polished as some others I have seen. Also has much better capacity especially for cups/glasses due to design of open 'slats' on both sides. At first I wasn't sure about there not being a basket for flatware but I have learned to use the tray under the rack part for those kinds of utensils. In addition to being a better design, this is a much superior value to other poorer designs that cost nearly twice as much (or more)

This dish rack replaced a nearly identical rack that I had for about 7 years. I could not remember where I bought it,and wanted to replace it. Used daily, I have not had a dishwasher in 30 yrs. The rack came within 4 days, though the photo on this website shows a row on each side for cups, but it comes with only 1 side for cups. ( I got white one) The dimension are correct though. Still a sturdy, long lived product, I will probably get another 7 yrs out of this new one.
Comments about Stacks and Stacks Dish Rack - Folding:
This is an incredibly versatile product. It is my second in 15 years. The only drawback is that the vinyl covering wears off and the metal below then rusts. A stainless steel version of this rack would be awesome - with the 1 line (not 2) of cup holders. 2 takes up too much room in a double sink placement.
Comments about Stacks and Stacks Dish Rack - Folding:
This is a useful dish rack, however w/o a place to put the silverware (like a cup) you have to lay it on the bottom of the rack which means sometimes the knives, forks and spoons are not dry when you go to put them away.

It's so white...

Great use of space. Holds just about everything compactly. However, this unit doesn't hold dinner plates very well.
Comments about Stacks and Stacks Dish Rack - Folding:
I had one of these that I used for at least 15 years and finally it got a bit rusty so I searched to replace it with the same rack, and Stacks and Stacks offered it! (I do not have an automatic dishwasher)
Comments about Stacks and Stacks Dish Rack - Folding:
We have a LOT of dishes that get put out to dry on a daily/nightly basis, including baby bottles and pumping supplies. Having the upper and lower racks, plus the areas for drying cups, is super-useful. The only thing it doesn't have is a silverware basket, but we were able to find a matching one easily enough.
Comments about Stacks and Stacks Dish Rack - Folding:
I use the rack for items that I don't like to put in the dishwasher--large pots, handwash-only cups, etc. I also use it to finish drying items that haven't completely dried in the dishwasher; e.g., cups with convex bottoms, food storage lids, etc. The main problem I have is that the design doesn't accommodate large coffee cups, tall glasses, or thicker plates/lids very well.

This is a commodity not put on the market in Japan now. I am glad to buy.

First rack was defective. Customer service sent another promptly and with NO hassel.

This is a perfect product for me as a camper. It is so nice to have a place to stack my dishes, glasses, silverware and any pots or pans I use when cooking outdoors.
This rack would also be very handy to use in any size kitchen, large or small.
It compactly folds up, can be stored anywhere flat or on its side and unfolds and latches into place in seconds.
A very efficient tool for use as an 'extra pair of hands'!
Rack set up and ready for use while camping...

I searched the web for a folding dish rack for when we camp. I needed one that we could fold and store in our pop up camper. I bought the white coated one. It works perfect, folds down nice and compact for packing away. Was exactly what I was looking for. Plus, when we get home, I can put it in our dish washer if need be.

I have yet to really use the product because the dish rack does not come with a utensil holder and worse, no dish drainer. I have had trouble finding the utensil caddies and drain board [...]. Doesn't make any sense to me.
Comments about Stacks and Stacks Dish Rack - Folding:
This dish drainer holds far more than any other on the market, and then it folds flat for storage under the sink. Perfect design! Thank you for carrying it! I have been looking for a replacement (they DO wear out eventually) for several years.
Comments about Stacks and Stacks Dish Rack - Folding:
Takes up minimal space and is attractive on the counter. Easy to keep clean and dries dishes quickly, without having to use a towel. Strong, does not fall over with a full load of dishes.

I love it.

Comments about Stacks and Stacks Dish Rack - Folding:
Because it has double capacity for hanging cups, there is an extra bar lengthwise which does not allow average size dinner plates to sit securely down into their slot. I had to buy a small plastic cutting board to place in the last slot so plates would not fall out at the end. Disappointed no one tested this before putting it on the market.
Comments about Stacks and Stacks Dish Rack - Folding:
I had a similar rack for about 10 years that finally rusted out, and I was thrilled to find this rack to replace it. Most of the time it sits on my counter, but for special occasions it folds flat and is easy to put away. Time will tell just how durable this one is, but otherwise it does the job.
Comments about Stacks and Stacks Dish Rack - Folding:
this review for rubber-coated dishrack, not platinum. I have had one for years, stores lots of dishes, easy to clean. only drawback is the bottom of the cutlery bin gets cut up from knife tips after a while & looks icky. Note that plastic dishrack only has cupholders on one side, a slight disappointment.
Comments about Stacks and Stacks Dish Rack - Folding:
This is just what I was looking for. I use it for the few dishes that don't make it in to the dishwasher, but mostly for drying the baby bottles. The bottle drying systems are pretty ugly and can only be used for that purpose. This drying rack is very useful for the bottles and dishes!
