I put these in my kitchen cabinets to DOUBLE my storage...they work great! You can buy several of different sizes and configure your cabinets to maximize use of space. Placed side by side, these racks hold lots of coffee mugs, saucers, measuring cups, and other items of that size. Don't know how I managed without them!

i bought 2 because they were so cheap, and to off set the shipping. One is currently in my cabinet, giving me more organizational space. And the other one is on my mom's desk, under her hutch. The space above the calculator is wasted, but not with the shelf, it's perfect to put her pills/stamps/tape dispenser.Glad to have bought this product!

This is great for my little rice cooker underneath, lid flipped upside down, and blender on top--with room to spare. With cardboard, I made the top shelf solid so the feet of the blender wouldn't slip through.
But with my microwave, a small model, I put two of these shelves next to each other and it was the perfect fit under my kitchen cabinets. Now I can use all the space under the microwave, and it looks nice and clear when everything is put away.
I wouldn't recommend doing the same for any toaster-oven though, as the tops of those can get very hot. These come in different sizes, maybe you could do the same thing in your kitchen :o)
