This was a gift for a woman that can't carry items because of her physical limitations. She absolutely loves it, especially because it is lightweight and collapses with ease. She says it holds plenty of grocery bags too. She is able to get it out of her car trunk with ease, which was her biggest concern.

My mother uses the cart to take her laundry to and from the laundry room in her appartment buiding. She takes it with her when she goes shopping so that she doesn't have to make several trips up and down the elevator. It is so easy for her to use with the siwivel front wheels. And there isn't anything that she dislikes about it. She said it was the best Mothers Day gift she has ever gotten....

The cart is good, had problem with wheels...needed better washers in order to tighten properly. Washers that did not come with order.
