The cart is good for the intent of transporting groceries from vehicle to 3rd floor apartment. I just used it a few days ago and it was easier to get my groceries to my apartment. However, it's not the easiest to maneuver since wheels do not swivel, you can only push or pull the cart. When I got into elevator it could not be turned around. The black vinyl cover on the handle bar slips - it's not tight on the handle or fastened down.
The delivery was prompt and I was happy about that, however the box was damaged so I knew right away that the cart was probably damaged as well. I don't know if it was done by UPS or what. When I opened the box the cart was a mess. I called Stacks and Stacks and they shipped me a replacement and even had UPS pick up the damaged one.

My Mom puts her dog in it to transport him in and out of her 9th floor apartment. Other times she will use it to carry groceries and other items up and down.
One of the wheels were warped but it doesn't seem to matter.

Back wheels are too narrow and flimsy. Hand grip slips to either side. Not enough storage for one trip to the house from the car.

This cart liner is used for grocery shopping. It fits my large cart perfectly and the velcro keeps the top closed even in windy conditions. People stop me to inquire where I got it--and I tell them. Since I have no car, I have to walk a half-mile home from the bus stop with my groceries. HOWEVER, the material is so flimsy that several small tears have been punctured in the bottom--even though I used eco-fabric bags for most items. The punctures must have been caused by heavier things such as cat litter and/or beer which are not placed in cloth bags. A more durable bottom would solve this problem.

Makes grocery day less dreadful..I have always carried my groceries in by hand..bag after bag, lined on my arms...this way always killed my back, not to mention the lines the heavy bags left on my arms! Now I can load all my groceries from my trunk into the cart and wheel them into my house and put them away as I take them out of my cart...love it!

Cart is too large to carry in back of small SUV.
Assembly instructions are barely readable and make no sense regarding rear wheel attachment.

I use the cart to walk to grocery store; it is also useful to carry laundry.
Not so great: needs a solid "bottom" so small items do not fall out.
Delivery was prompt and in good condition. My grandson put it together but it seemed easy to do so.

I use this product for carting my laundry to another floor in my apartment building. Also to carry my groceries up to my apartment so I do not have to make a lot of trip, with the cart I only have to make 1 trip. I use this product to transport groceries from my car to my apartment a couple blocks away. It is very durable and withstands stairs and the treacherous pavement of the French Quarter. The size is perfect for me, but may be too small for families with larger loads.

This cart is very handy & for me, a back saver. I take a lot of things back and forth to my car and this little helper makes it simple. I can get my groceries in, then roll right on down stairs to the laundry room. I've seen some larger carts in my building but mine is just the right size. It stores easily in the house and fits neatly in the well of my station wagon. Needless to say, I am very pleased with my purchase.

I am handicapped and cannot pick up and heavy loads. This little cart is for taking stuff from the car to the door and can even tolerate heavy loads such as cat litter.

Solid, well-designed and reliable. An excellent value for the money. My only caveat: the assembly instructions could be better. They are not well translated from the Japanese. However, at the cost of a little trial and error, I still managed to assemble the thing in about 40 minutes. Not a big problem.

I purchased this cart to use to carry all the supplies I need to hold a childrens after school club. It is FANTASTIC. It was easy to assemble, very sturdy, and folds up nicely to fit in my trunk. I load it full and can either push or pull it easily, even up or down steps. The kids think it is so fun to push that they fight over whose turn it is.

I found this product attractive, well designed, functional and solid. The assembly instructions were not well translated from Japanese, but I figured them out. Altogether the product was not too difficult to assemble. I managed it in about half an hour. The medium-sized cart I purchased is adequate for 2-3 bags of groceries, that is, is sufficient for one person's weekly shopping.

Cart is very sturdy. Wheels are wider than most, making it more durable and less flimsy than other carts. Lightweight. Enamel paint on cart looks good so I think it wouldn't be prone to chipping. My mom bought the same one in white a year ago and it still looks great. I use mine at a local farmers market. It is lightweight and steers easily. It collapses compactly so it is easy to load into the trunk of my car and doesn't take up a lot of storage space in my garage. A final note:You do have to assemble it yourself, but I think most carts come unassembled.

This shopping cart is a great item to have. It is a time saver and a arm saver. I use it to help bring in my groceries to my apartment and taking my laundry to the laundrymat. And it folds up easily.

This little cart is a godsend for me. I live less than a block away from both the market, and the bus stop but am handicapped to the point where that distance is quite a challenge for me to carry things. I found that to buy some groceries or bring a few books home from the library on the bus and try to carry them home was just too much for me to bear. My husband suggested I try to find a wheeled cart to do the carrying for me. That way I can get the exercise the doctor recommends, but not overexert myself by carrying heavy loads. This cart is perfect for the job! It is both easy to push in front of me and pull behind me. It is easy to take up and down stairs because it is light enough for me to lift empty and the wheels do not snag on the stairs when pulling it behind me, it glides right up. I also use it to take my laundry to the laundry room and back, so I do not have to lug a cumbersome basket up and down stairs anymore. I even was able to use it to take a box of magazines to the car that would have been too heavy for me to carry. It can carry weights I cannot. It is wonderful for anyone who walks and needs someone to carry things for them.
