This "instant" hot water dispenser takes just as long as a tea kettle. Why would anyone want to keep water on their counter all day to reuse if there are no benefits to it? Very disappointed especially since its an expensive item. Also, the directions are vague. We couldnt figure out how to dispense the water!!! Returned it!! [...] Will never shop here again!!!! (And Im a big internet shopper)
