This is the first holder I've found that's sized to work with supermarket paper sacks. It's simple and sturdy enough for the job. Of course you can't put a lot of wet stuff in the paper sack, because it would leak through the bottom. But for dry and just-damp trash it works very well.
When mounting it on the cabinet door, I added washers under the screw heads. The screw heads alone aren't big enough to hold it securely.

The screws that come with the item do not adequately hold the basket in place. Clips instead of screws would better secure the basket.

I use this for holding cans fo recycling. As a garbage basket have not tried it yet.

This is the best waste basket I've ever had. It was easy to attach to the cupboard door below the sink and because it swings out, there's no worry about missing the basket when you put trash in. No crawling under the sink to get those pesky coffee grounds that either didn't get into the bag or got caught on the side of the bag and then fell to the cupboard floor. Hooray!
