Used this to replace my old tall kitchen trash can. Love the tidy way it stores undamaged plastic grocery bags.

So easy to change out the trash accumulated daily without taking much time or effort. This factor is great since the containers from the fish flavored catfood I feed to my cats 3 times a day generate so much stink in my trash.

Nice also that this trash system is only about as deep as the capacity of a filled plastic grocery bag. This made it possible for me to install it on the door under the part of my kitchen sink which is on the side where the drain pipe and dishwasher hose takes up most of the room in that side of the undersink cabinet. Still there was just enough space for containment of this trash system when the door, where this trash system is mounted, is closed.

I previously used a wire one. It was fine, but I wasn't able to replace it. This one is much better! It's sturdy, "fashionable" and best of all, I was able to adjust the supports to fit my cabinet! A little pricey, since I had to remove the bag holder (it wouldn't fit the support system after adjustment to the cabinet width), but I'll figure out a way to mount it on the adjacent cabinet door.

I use it in my kitchen. Love it because I'm in a small apartment now and space is at a premium, plus I don't like the look of wastecans in the open.

Althought the installation is simple once you determine the size, determining the size needed to correctly fit the unit on a door under the counter was difficult for me. It took 3 trys and then I moved to a larger cabinet to actually be able to fit the unit. It is not just a matter of the finished dimension of the unit but also the number of inches of clearance required to open and close the door with the unit on it. That said, I am extremely please with the look, performance and price!

I love it. I actually used it in my bathroom and it's perfect. It's the perfect size and it is very convenient becuase when it's time to take out the garbage your "new" bags are right underneath.

For years, I used another product made of plastic that held grocery bags for trash. I liked it, but first the lid broke and then finally the plastic hangar broke and I had to replace it.

This one, with its metal frame, is sturdier. The design with the bag holder below gives it more support to hold more and heavier trash. The sleek design is more attractive.

Anyone who's never used something like this will need to make some adjustments: 1. A grocery bag just will not hold as much as a regular wastebasket, but it will motivate you to get garbage (possibly smelly) out of your house quicker. 2. You may want to double-bag to minimize leakage--grocery bags sometimes have tiny holes. 3. In installation, measure carefully to make sure the frame doesn't hit a facing door or frame.

Once I got used to it, my frugal and environmental self fell in love with it.

We have used a coated wire-framed waste basket holder mounted to the back of the kitchen cabinet for years. Great space saver but no lid, method for keeping bag from "bulging", and after time part of the brazed frame came loose. I jumped on this cabinet mount system as soon as I saw it but our kitchen cabinets must not be of standard size because it doesn't fit. Too bad; seems to be just what the doctor ordered.

This is a great way to free up cabinet space under the sink, both by getting the trash can out of the way and by storing all of those bags. It's also very convenient when cooking or cleaning just to open the door and have the trash right there. It is a little small, but at least that keeps rancid trash from piling up.

Perhaps this was obvious to everyone else, but this unit does not need a trash can - you secure the grocery bags on the hooks, and that's it. For a day or two I thought I had to find a small can that would fit in the holder, but that's not necessary. I use two bags at a time, just for piece of mind that one won't rip apart.

I was concerned about the comments that the screw heads broke off, so I predrilled pilot holes and had no trouble with the included hardware.

I'm tempted to get another one to put on the opposite door and use for recycling.

I placed it on the kitchen but what I did is hanged it on the fridge door with couple of "Metal L arms" wich I made so I can hang it.

Placing on the wall is another way to go. Could not fit inside the sink cabinet.

What I love about this item is the look, the versatility and space and money saver.

Used our own screws. Ones supplied are too wimpy. It fits perfectly on the door in the cabinet under our bathroom sink. We have taken the lid off so we do not have to open door all the way to use. Great way to use all those bags I get at the grocery store. I think it is great.

Love it for what it is; fits well on the back of kitchen sink cupboard door and looks great. I have only one gripe, the hardware screws that were supplied were not good quality, one snapped off while screwing in; not due to my own superhuman strength, I am a 120lb female and have never snapped off a screw head before. This was VERY inconvenient as I only had one spot to hang it, it now has to sit lower and scrapes against the bottom of the cupboard when closing. BE CAREFUL when screwing it in, or choose your own self-tapping screws. Shame, a great product otherwise.

Looks fab and fulfils the purpose, a great solution for getting trash out of sight. Not too detailed with the hanging instructions though (and only in 1 language), be very careful where you hang it. They do state that if you are too close to the outside edge the cupboard door won't close; but fail to mention that if you hang too close to the door hinge you will have to open the cupboard door to it's extreme before you can flip up the lid. Also, was VERY DISAPPOINTED that a supplied self-tapping screw head snapped off and left me with a protuding broken screw which I cannot get out and I had to rehang the whole thing. I am a small 120 lb female, so this was not due to superhuman strength! Defective, low quality hanging hardware let this otherwise excellent product down.
