I have had mine for almost 5 years and am just now shopping for a new one. I enjoy having the ironing board lid- very convenient. The bags are easy to haul up and down stairs, and I love having the colors sorted easily.
The construction could be more durable. Since it was first assembled, it has been wobbly. Now, the canvas bags are ripping at the seems and the metal rings which go between the bag and the bar are falling off. After heavy use, this is to be expected, and it's a good value for all of the functionality it offers.

I use this product to sort and fold my laundry. The three dividers help to sort and I like that they lift out easily to empty the laundry. I also use the top for an extra surface when doing other tasks in my laundry room.

clothing hangers are too low to the ground. My husband's shirst drag on the floor. The lid does not lift straight up so you have to lean into it to get things out.

I don't iron clothing often, but I am a quilter and this is perfect for storing scrap fabrics and pressing down seams on quilt tops.

I wheel the cart between my walk-in closet and the laundry room, then wheel it back with the clean and ironed items on the cart. The only problem was that my plastic hangers wouldn't stay on the arms, but that problem was solved by adding 2 large washers at the end of the arms.

This is a great item, holds lots of clothes, and I love that each bag comes out separately. Very convenient for taking laundry up and down the stairs.

This is really useful and quite a bargain. I bought two, one for each roommate. The fold down top is perfect for folding right next to the washer/dryer and the lift out sorters are fantastic. The little swing arm is great for hanging delicates to air dry. Who needs a hamper taking up valuable space in your closet when you can have this fantastic sorter. It arrived promptly and was very easy to assemble. I recommend it highly-there is no down side.

This product has the potential to be 5-star. The first problem, is that the arms which are to hang items from will allow items to slide off if you try to put more than just a few on. The second problem, is over time, the weight of the laundry on the little wheel assemblies becomes to stressful, and it starts to slant and become more awkward to maneuver, which requires tightening the screws every few months. The top works well as an ironing surface, and the fact you can throw the 3 bags in with the wash, or even just carry 1 of the 3 bags to wash individually is very nice.
