Nice product. Only negative is the ability to apply finish to the raw wood and not get it on the pullout rack. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars. [...] my wife really likes it installed in the laundry room.

I use it near our woodburner to dry snowy/wet items. I have been leary about putting anything heavy on the pull out but it serves it's purpose.

I was surprised when this arrived and the wood was unfinished and the base was not painted as the photo showed. I returned the product mostly because it was too big for the area I had to put it in but also because I didn't want to hassle with staining and varnishing it.

We couldn't find a way to unhook the pullout rack so we could paint the inside properly. Not being able to get that out, it was very hard to get brush to the back without getting paint on the rungs.

I was trying to replace a wooden rack that I had overloaded and broke. This rack was smaller than my broken rack and not made as well. The dowels were smaller also. I returned this to the person who made it.

Almost non-existent when not in use, i.e. takes up little space. I would love something that looks a little more contemporary, however.

Great for maximum air drying in laundry room;

Creates hanging space without blocing dryer;

When they say "unfinished" they really mean it...the photograph had green shelf with unfinished accordian drying rack but mine was completely unfinished (no biggie)

I was able to hang this product myself, but the existing holes were offset so I needed to drill additional holes for stability into my wall studs. This product could have more predrilled holes that could have plugs in the packet, to cover the holes. I hung this fairly high on a wall, so when I hang items, the rack collapses, and needs to be held with one hand to put clothes on it.

This is perfect! It folds near flat to the wall, is attractive in the laundry room whether you have supplies, flowers or art on top. The hooks are perfect for the dog leash, storage bags for doggie plastic bags. One place for all I need to walk the dog.

Stretched out this rack holds nearly a full drier load and clothes dry quickly.

I rarely use my drier and estimate I save about $20.00 a month that way on my energy bill.

If you are buying for a room in which you don't want a polished/finished look, like a basement, it's fine. Otherwise, the finish is not very nice -- not sanded, stained all that well -- just doesn't look great -- poor finish workmanship/quality. Was disappointing b/c the size and shape were just what I was looking for. Sent back.

We purchased the plain wood rack for our small laundry room. The wood was stained to match our trim work and looks beautiful. We really liked the fact that the rack folded under the shelf since space is at a premium in our old farmhouse. The pegs are handy for hanging towels and the rack has been great to help our delicate clothes dry!

I use the drying rack in my laundry room for drip dry, lie flat items. I also can hang hangers for storage and it fits over my dryer. The only thing I did not need on the drying rack is the shelf. It works exactly as I had planned it would when I bought it.
