I use this for drying all of my family's sweaters or for shirts that I don't want to completely dry in the dryer. It works great....no wrinkles and since it hangs on the door/wall it doesn't take up any floor space. I originally bought one several years ago (3 long arms & 3 short), and it still works like new. I gave 4 stars because of price and I wish they sold the arms separately. I had to order a whole extra unit just to get more long arms. I guess I wasn't thinking when I ordered the first one because short-sleeved shirts/sweaters can be hung on the long arms.

Bought this for everyone in my family when the first came out 10+ years ago. I lost mine to Hurricain Katrina. The rest of my family still uses theirs constantly. They would not part with it to replace mine. Saddly they are more expensive now than when they were new.

My Laundry is glad to have it back!

I use this for all of my tops that shouldn't go into the dryer. It is easy to use and the clothes dry without the bumps and lines that you would get from either hangers or a line. This is my second unit. The 1st one I had for over 15 years. The plastic arms started to crack but I kept using it. Then the center arm that everything hangs from broke. I didn't realize how much I rely on this unit until it broke. I was very glad to be able to find a replacement. I didn't find anything else out there that looked like it would function nearly as well as this. I would highly recommend this product.

It's the best drying system I know of. This is my second one. My husband's shirts dry w/o wrinkles. Although, the poles could be a little sturdier. I have broken a few of them. Also, it would be very helpful if you sold the poles separatley and you did not have to buy the entire system.

I have this dryer for 2 years now. Things dry in great shape and very quickly. I use it for heavier items: sweaters, turtlenecks and cardigans. Most things dry in a day. Sweaters that you would otherwise lay flat to dry come out beautifully.

We use this product to dry all of our shirts/sweaters/tops. We never experience shrinkage. We used our first one for over 17 years when the plastic holder cracked. Ordered a second one to take its place because we can't live without it. We take the hangers with us when we travel in the RV or on a cruise & hang them on over the door hooks.

This is a great thing - but it's way more complex than it needs to be. They could have put a hanger at the top of the middle section so you could hang it off a door frame or something.Also, I used to have one about 25 years ago, and it came in pieces - 2 pieces to a sleeve. They hooked together very easily depending on how long you needed the sleeve to be.I spent [$] for something that, if it was still around, probably only cost about $3.00. Took forever to figure out how to put it together - terrible directions.BUT - it does what I want it to, so can't complain too much.

We already had one in the house and finally installed it in the basement laundry room. I love to hang dry lots of clothing, especially my husband's long sleeve shirts. The dry quickly and pretty straight, almost like they were pressed, so I had to get another one!

I love this dryer. Sweaters that are "dry flat" come out beautifully. Things dry quite quickly, most over night. However the directions are terrible to set up. I still don't know how to use the collar tabs. Once you figure it out it's GREAT!!!

I really don't know how I ever lived without this dryer. I hardly have to iron anymore and our sweaters look brand-new after being washed and dried. It stores away perfectly and snaps back together in an instant. I cannot find any negatives about this product.

Highly recommend. Although this drying rack takes up more room than most, it dries clothes faster than any other. The clothes never require ironing either! I purchased my first approx. 10 years ago and it still looks brand new. It is in such demand at my house that I had to purchase another. I can't live without mine!

We love our Hanging Garment Drying Rack because it preserves the shape of all of our clothes. I would definitely recommend the Hanging Garment Drying Rack (Long) because it holds both short and long sleeve shirts. And the best part about this product is how it can hang and hide inside a closet door which doesn't take up any of the closet space. Such a great product to have in a New York City apartment!!

This is a great product. purchased my first one over 20 years ago. i still have it and it works well. the only down fall that someone who has never used before may have a challenging time trying to figure out how to assemble. once you figure out how to assemble product works great. i have had friends laugh at the product but i have not had to iron a collared pull over shirt in 20 plus years. i spent a few months trying to locate the product and glad it is still available. i would definetly recommend this product.

I Line dry the majority of my husband's shirts. Before finding this wonderful product, these shirts were lying all over the beds in my house drying on towels. NOW, all the shirts are drying in ONE place, with so much more EASE. Thank you for this GREAT PRODUCT!!!

This is perfect for your clothes that you want to air dry. No more hanger bumps in my shirts and sweaters. I had this product along time ago and have been searching for it again. No longer have to have sweaters hanging over chairs or on the bed & having to flip them several times. This product is great. No hanger points at the shoulders.
Assembly was a little tricky. Came with instructions but no parts list. So had to guess at which components were being referred to in the instructions. Came with some collar thingys, but I'm unsure how they're suppose to be used! Again instructions unclear.
Once assembled, it's a great product, sweaters were dry overnight. Love it!

I purchased this product at least 12 years ago. I have used it weekly ever since. Although it is made of plastic, it obviously is very well-made and sturdy.

Additionally, it shapes all of my blouses, sweaters, t-shirts and other tops perfectly. When dry, they are ready to be folded up or hung up and put away. Rarely do I have to iron them.

This is one of the best housewares purchases I've ever made - I would recommend it to anyone who likes to air dry their clothing.

Oh - and one more thing - I did an experiment once. I bought two identical t-shirts (from a reputable company). I washed each of them multiple times. One I machine dried and the other I air dried on this rack. The air dried t-shirt maintained its color long after the machine dried t-shirt lost most of its original good looks.

I use this product every time I wash colored, delicate or hand washables. I love this product. The main stem broke & I was lost without it until I had it repaired. I was not aware of this site until recently. My sweaters, jerseys & blouses come out looking like new when dried. I would recommend this over the door clothes dryer to anyone!

This is a genius invention. Cuts the need to iron clothes. Cuts deterioration of clothing in drier. I wouldn't know what to do without it. So much better for sweaters than those net racks that hold one or two sweaters and take up too much room.
