Comments about Stacks and Stacks The Eagle Drying Rack:

We are using this outside to hang our wet swimsuits and towels on when we leave the pool. It is perfect! Won't blow over in the breeze and plenty of room to hang everything on so it dries well. Well balanced and sturdy....am ordering two more for my mother-in-law and sister-in-law! Love it!! Can use it this winter in the basement for those sweaters that don't go in the dryer as well!

Comments about Stacks and Stacks The Eagle Drying Rack:

I love having an extra rack for drying those odds and ends that are still damp after everything else is dry. And living in a compact condo, I appreciate being able to fold the rack flat when I am done, to slip behind a door.

Comments about Stacks and Stacks The Eagle Drying Rack:

I like to hang out laundry to get the outdoor clean smell. This makes it so easy to hang out little items, other than sheets which I hang on a longer line.

Comments about Stacks and Stacks The Eagle Drying Rack:

I am pleased that this rack easily accommodates an entire load of laundry [sized from my apartment's machines]. I hang shirts on one end [maximum 14] and then work from right to left with the rest of the items. Since the clothing hangs down rather than over other wet items, the dry time is relatively shorter than with my former accordion-style rack.

Comments about Stacks and Stacks The Eagle Drying Rack:

The unit is used for hand washables or items that do not go in the dryer. It is smooth and lightweight and stores easily. It is smaller than the last drying rack that I had and I wish it was larger for more hanging space. In general it is worth the price and satisfactory.

Comments about Stacks and Stacks The Eagle Drying Rack:

I live in a small apartment, and this is the perfect size. It will hold a whole load of clothes, but does have a few bars that are hard to hang clothing on. It folds up thin enough to sit between the washer and dryer. I just wish it was a litter taller, rather than the bottom bars being so low to the ground.

Replaced my 1st Eagle after 20 years

Best Uses:
Laundry Area
Describe Yourself:
Practical
Primary use:

Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Comments about Stacks and Stacks The Eagle Drying Rack:

I replaced my last Eagle after 20 years of service. I bought it at a retail store and the coating began to separate from the metal. After looking at all the options, I bought the Eagle again. The new one seems to be made of even stronger materials (sturdy feeling & the coating is different, seems better). I love this rack because it folds completely flat for easy storage, has a stable base and plenty of drying room for my delicates. I strongly recommend this option for people looking to dry delicate items that can either lay flat or hang from the wire.

As long as the coating doesn't cake off to allow the product to rust (has happened in the past) I think this is fantastic! Does exactly what I need it to!

Comments about Stacks and Stacks The Eagle Drying Rack:

Great drying rack - plenty of space, but was surprised to find as it neared 5 years the rust-proofing began chipping off, and began to rust. Still, haven't found anything comparable, so will buy another one.

durable
By bridgett from Undisclosed on 11/12/2006

Comments about Stacks and Stacks The Eagle Drying Rack:

This drying rack is much more durable than wooden ones I previously owned. My daughter sometimes rests her legs on it. A full load of laundry from a top loading washing machine fits on it, but it is not quite big enough for a large load from a front loading washing machine.

By Jackie from Undisclosed on 6/11/2006

Comments about Stacks and Stacks The Eagle Drying Rack:

I cannot speak to the strenghts and weaknesses of this product. I can say that my sister had hers for many years and loved it. She asked for another one for her birthday and that is how I ended up at this site.
