Drying just got easier and more efficient with the Castello Dryer! The Castello Dryer comes in a 4-tier model and can be broken down for storage. By allowing the rack to be separated in the middle with color coded, positive locking joiners, it makes the storage room needed half the size of the dryers full height. It has an Epotherm coating; an epoxy-based coating which is visibly thicker than other coatings on the market, and offers at least 30% more coating protection. Epotherm is both durable and reliable when exposed to the elements and will not crack, chip, or discolor. With shelves that lock into place, you are assured of a stable drying surface. The 4-tier dryer offers more than 9 ft of drying capacity.

Comments about Stacks and Stacks The Castello Dryer:

Used a rack just like this in France almost a year ago and Loved it. I'v been searching for one for my own home and findly found it at S&S. Guess what! It's made in France! Anyway, I love this laundry drying rack to Death. It has tons of horizontal space, you can move the racks and make as much vertical drying space as you need. When you're done, it folds flat and is less than 3" wide so its easy to store.

This product works well standing alone or up against a wall. I can dry many clothes in a small amount of space! After seeing it in use at my mother's, I searched everywhere for it! I'm considering one for my classroom as a drying rack for student papers and products. I also have great plans to use it as a cooling rack when baking at Christmas!

I have had this product now for at least 3 years - and it's absolutely great. The design allows great flexibility in drying items. It stores away easily behind a door or elsewhere. And it still looks and acts like new after LOTS of use. I could not recommend more highly.

This is the second dryer I have had. I think they are wonderful as they allow more room to dry the clothes efficiently and quickly. I couldn't stand to use the wood racks again and hope I never have to. I hand wash and dry a lot of my clothing so am very glad to have this dryer.

This is the second one I have owned. First one after 4 years the plastic coating started to peel off. In spite of that I feel it is a good design and easy to use. Hope this one lasts longer!! Just wish the wheels would turn! I think they are too small for the frame. Old wheels were much better!!

Comments about Stacks and Stacks The Castello Dryer:

I was really pleased with this when I got it. I know most clothes horses are low quality and I though the design of this seemed very logical. It was great for about 4 months and now it's warping. One side bends one way and one side bends the other way. Also, the caster wheels fall off ALL the time. They should either charge a bit more and put proper casters on it or get rid of them all together.

Service & Delivery comments:

I contacted stacksandstacks about my problem and sent them a photo of the flaw. They were great. They spent 2 weeks trying to get a replacement from the manufacturer. The manufacturer has told them this flaw can only be caused by over loading. Well, if I've over loaded it, that means you cannot put an item of clothing on every bar available so they should warn you against using it for it's logical and obvious purpose.

Also, don't put anything heavier than new born clothes on it. I NEVER put anything adult on it above the bottom shelf and even then only t shirts. Never jeans or anything heavy. I mostly use it for my 3 year old and 1 year olds clothes and diapers. I always try and balance it out and work from the bottom up. I'm not stupid. I understand basic laws of physics and how things break.

Stacksandstacks were really great though and have offered me a refund so I'm pleased with this seller, and I WAS pleased with the product and really just wanted a replacement, but the manufacturer obviously isn't bothered about customer service so not happy with them at all.

Comments about Stacks and Stacks The Castello Dryer:

I have 2 of these 3 tier dryers they are great. I have a wood stove so they are in the same room and the clothes dry so fast. I never have any backed up laundry cause I can do it in a timely manner and everything comes out wrinkle free. I don't recommend you use them outside unless you tie it to a porch railing or somewhere that it cant blow over. I used it outside and one of my dryers got broken when it blew over but i was able to fix it and i still use it.

Comments about Stacks and Stacks The Castello Dryer:

Several years ago the company my husband works for gave everyone an item simular to the one I purchased from you - I used it until it started falling apart and actually used tape to hold it together so I could continue using it. I was upset when it couldn't be found in any store - and believe me, I looked everywhere! When I found yours I was elated! It's hard to believe anyone would be so excited about something to hang clothes on, but I was and couldn't wait for it to be delivered to my house. I hope this one will last for years like my other one did and I believe it will because it seems to be well made. I'm so glad to have found your website with this product. I would recommend it to anyone!!

Comments about Stacks and Stacks The Castello Dryer:

This drying rack is better than my expectations. It was easy to put together including feet, holds loads of clothes, can be pushed or pulled around the house or taken outside for clothes to dry. My favorite thing though, is that it folds in half and stands against my laundry room wall so I can leave it up without having to take up full space when not being totally used, or having to fold completely away. The components are strong and not apt to break or bend. Thank you for carrying this product.

design flaw
By Sarah from Undisclosed on 2/25/2007

Comments about Stacks and Stacks The Castello Dryer:

I love how much this dryer can hold. It has pretty strudy construction and amazing holding power. However, the feet do not fit. We have tried and tried to install the feet on the bottom of the dryer. We gave up after breaking one of the feet trying to force it on. As a result the dryer is very unstable. Without the feet is tends to wobble alot. I have to put this in the bathroom and shut the door so my toddler can not get to it because she can easily tip it over on herself. IF the feet worked I would LOVE this dryer.

Comments about Stacks and Stacks The Castello Dryer:

I am very pleased with the performance & construction of this product. It can hold an amazing amount of laundry & as I prefer "line" drying to dryers, this is truly a Godsend.
