My bras did not stay in the cage. i would wash at hand wash setting and would find bras in amongst other items...so doesn't work. They slipped between the spaces of the ball although the latch was still locked.

This is a really neat product! I like being able to put my bra in the dryer instead of waiting a day or longer before it would dry on its own. The only downside is it is very noisy when bouncing around in the dryer.
