I somewhat hesitantly ordered this (Office Depot has it for around $39), because I was worried that it might look cheap. Not to worry - it is a beautiful piece! The packaging was amazing, such that it arrived in perfect shape. The finish is immaculate, the seams are perfectly joined, and it looks gorgeous on my desk. I love the pull-down front cover to hide the shelves. I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 because the bottom drawer sits on wood, so you get that "wood on wood" sound when you open the drawer, which could get a little annoying. Also, I would have liked one of the shelves to be removable in order to house thicker items. The 3 lowest shelves have a clearance of just shy of 1.75", and the top shelf's clearance is 1.5", as the front cover slides back into the top of the slot. Overall, however, I highly recommend this organizer!
