They looked nice but did not hold up. I have to throw them all away. I used them for our conference registration packets - used them once. The packets weren't heavy. The creased fold in the lids doesn't hold up well at all. Not happy for what I paid for.

Given that these boxes are a great low-cost alternative to really expensive leather,I would love to see S & S carry the same thing in faux leather for a medium priced alternative that can be displayed.

These were very cheaply made - one top tore the first time I put it on the box. I would only use these for long term storage. [...] I would rate this experience a big "ZERO".

Product is a great value, but just not really as sturdy as I had hoped it would be. Because it comes packed flat, there are pre-creased folds in the lid and box that tend to become its weak points when assembled. Overall, I'm certainly not sorry I bought it, as it *is* a perfect size that is hard to find. Just don't set your expectations too high.
