Made of cardboard about as thick as a cereal box. Assembles by inserting tabs into slots. I'm returning it, not what I thought I was getting.

I SAW SIMILAR PRODUCTS AT DOUBLE THE COST. IT ARRIVED QUICKLY AND WAS EASY TO ASSEMBLE AND IS JUST WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR TO MANAGE THE PAPER WORK MY CHILDREN BRING HOME FROM SCHOOL.

I have one on the top of my desk for my files I use almost everyday and then I stored the other one in my cabinet in my desk for storage. They worked out great. When I first opened then I thought it was a joke and that they weren't going to work for what I needed them for but I was wrong. They work great for me! Thank you!!
