Based on others' reviews, I knew I would love this filing system. My old system, if you can all it that, had long ceased to function for me. I knew I needed a fresh start in my home office. I'm very visual, so the colorful, happy labels and color system were appealing to me. I have the incentive to file more promptly, and I can actually retrieve the things I've filed with this easy-to-use system. I knew these files were too tall for my filing cabinet, so I ordered a large plastic tub and black hanging files to house them. It sits out in view in my home office, but I like its attractive look. The system's website was easy to use when I wanted to type up some extra labels using the blank labels that come with the set. I highly recommend this product.

This product would be perfect if it wasn't so flimsy. My intentions were to re-file my personal stuff in a filing cabinet. This effort took me 2 hours and when I was done I closed the drawer and all of the tabs completely ripped off! This is just a regular filing cabinet...nothing fancy. The tabs didn't appear bigger than 'normal' manilla files but they may have been a little bigger...but the flimsy-ness of this product is the worst trait by far. I had to throw them out.
