Hate to mention the need for this but everyone should have a "go box", a small file accessible to the door that if you needed to go right now as in earthquake, flood, hurricane, tornado ..... this box has the files you deem most essential. The deed to the house, insurance, home inventory, whatever.
Make it small, make it portable, MAKE IT RED!! Make it this box.
