This product is made of sturdy cardboard. However I thought it would be something a little harder, something a little more durable and longer lasting. Overall I would recommend this product.

Waist of money. Looks great in the picture but terrible in my house, it is nothing but ugly cardboard. Some edges don't fold well, so you can't use them. Wish I had not purchased it.

Comments about Stacks and Stacks 8-Slot Literature Sorter:

I bought this for me to help organize my desk and space at work. I am a very organized and clean person and this helped me from going crazy with all the clutter I had with all the different papers. It is a great item and will hold as many papers that will fit in the spaces without bending the cardboard. I was worried about the materials and products they send you to put it all together but it does an excellent job and is great for the price and just what I needed and wanted.

Great bill organizer
By LoriVerified Reviewer from Palmyra, VA on 5/29/2007
Pros:
Improves Organization, Prevents clutter, Sleek Design
Cons:
More compartments
Best Uses:
Home Office
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Comments about Stacks and Stacks 8-Slot Literature Sorter:

This sorter is great for organizing bills. I put it on top of my 4 ft bookcase. The only slight things is the depth is little longer than my bookcase (just 1/4 inch) but it really is functional and looks nice.
Before I had this organizer, my bills would clutter my kitchen table.
I used the labels that came with it and typed up key categories such as house, utilities, and the names of my credit cards. My husband likes the organization system and uses it!
The sorter is made of a cardboard type quality but is sturdy. I like that so in case I see another one that has more compartments (i need more compartments), I won't feel I spent too much money.

Practical, doesnt look to bad either. Good idea for low use sorting or holding different kinds of printing paper ...etc - not sturdy enough for heavy use.
