This coordinates with other items I purchased from Stacks & Stacks for my kitchen. It cleaned up the key mess on the counter and catches the papers that stack up. The only con is that if you want to put smaller things in the letter holder they tend to fall between the slats.

I bought this so I would have a place near the front door on the way out to our mailbox, to put finished Netflix movies we need to return, and whatever other few pieces of mail we need to send out. Very handy, especially with the little hooks at the bottom. We hang our dog's collar there.
