I needed a way to store my bike without having it sit on the floor. This works pretty well but you have to be methodical when hoisting it up. I would buy it again though because it serves its purpose at a reasonable cost.

I used it to hang my small raft in my two car garage, and would buy it again for this application. For these types of hanging systems, this one has one of the highest capacities (i.e., greater than 50 lbs or a bike). Since I am hanging my raft in a bay with no car, clearance was not an issue.
