This liner attached itself to my grocery cart with thick velcro strips, much sturdier than my previous liners that had thin ties that always got knotted / or came undone. The liners I have found and used previously were of much flimsier fabric that eventually tore. The "lid" part of the cover also had velcro. My previous liner lids just laid over the top and front corners of my grocery cart with an overlap, and the wind would blow the top open. That would expose my groceries and other purchases to the rain, snow, etc.

I use the liner to hold all the shopping bags and keep them out of the weather. Wish that it had a pull close instead of the velcro.

It is to thin. Would suggest a thicker material and there are no pockets to put a wallet in. Most people dont want to carry a purse when they walk to the store with the grocery cart. The cart is the most beautifull item that was ever invented.

I wanted a protective liner with a top for a rolling grocery cart, and this fit the bill perfectly. However, one of the four corners was missing half of its Velcro. The "male" was there, but the "female" was missing, so I had to buy black Velcro, gather my courage, and sew on some as a substitute. Luckily, it worked since I didn't have the time to wait while it went back through the mails to be replaced because the cart was a promised, waited for gift.
