The lights are attractive and seem to be fairly sturdy. The assembly is not terribly difficult but one must proceed with care. Straightforward use and they provide a nice blue/silver hue of light which reminds me airport lighting. The amount of light transmitted is minimal and more atmospheric than for visibility purposes. Thus far, two of the eight lights have not properly worked, after initially working for at least one day. They are being replaced yet this would be a better product review if none of them needed replacing.
