I am pleased with the look and quality of the Redmon hamper, for my space it works fine. We were looking for a piece of furniture that could also serve aa a seat in the bedroom. One caution I would add is do not put wet towels on it - my husband did and the color and texture of the material is damaged. A cover for the top made of a leather type material would preserve the straw . You learn from your own mistakes!
I would definitely buy it again.
