I am an apartment renter in NYC so storage space is a concern - especially for a bicycle. I wanted a rack that could hold my bike vertically - as to NOT take up a lot of horizontal space. I wasn't sure this rack would work as it did not specify that it could hold a bike vertically but because of it's intelligent design (working with gravity) it worked perfectly. I saved wall space and now have my bike in my apartment. I didn't even have to drill into the brick wall that the rack leans against. Yours was the only rack that I could find with this specific storage capability and it has "stood up" to my demands. Thank you for the most-useful product I've bought in a long time!

I really like this bike rack. We got two bikes off the floor, taking the pressure off the tires. Now there's more room to move around the basement floor, and we didn't have to permanently fasten the rack to a wall. The rack arms are adjustable as needed. Great product.
