Marshall P: Works fine. Best on hard surface, like a folding chair. I also bought a foam-based (rather than gel-based) cushion, which worked better in the car.

Linda B: I wanted a gel seat for my husband who has back and mobility problems. He recently had a bad sore on his tailbone that was difficult to heal. Hopefully the gel seat feature of this product will prevent this happening. The cost seemed reasonable and it is small enough to carry with us and use in both the home, car and scooter. We will try it out.
