This was a gift for my Mom's birthday, and [...] she was so happy with it! She has severe arthritis and multiple vertebral fractures, so she loves this. Her other wedge pillow doesn't hold a candle to this one in terms of comfort.

Donald R: It is the best form of a wedged memory foam pillow I could find. It would have even been better if was 12 in. high and 24 in. depth as the size of these pillows work best for the tallness of a person. The same style pillow could be offered in different sizes.
