I didn't buy this as a potting bench. I bought it because it was just the thing I wanted for my 'country' kitchen. It was easy to assemble and looks fantastic in my kitchen. It will look even better when I have a chance to paint it to match my cabinets. The construction is very solid. I was a little worried it would be wobbly and cheap but it isn't. It would be lovely if the lids for the recessed storage were on hinges but, because of the design, that probably isn't possible. However, I still love it and am happy with the purchase.

Product arrived in good condition. The box had a few dings, especially in the corners, but the product itself was very well packed so everything was in fine condition. I also loved that they included extra screws...on purpose!
