The tray is perfect for a variety of uses - cleaning supplies, pots and pans, bathroom vanity, undersink wastebasket. Tray will hold wastebaskets with base size up to 9-1/4" X 12". For best results a minimum of 14"W X 18"D unobstructed shelf area is recommended, with a minimum cabinet opening of 15". Unit is 3" high. Full five year warranty. Made in the USA. I found this Shelfmaid wastebasket tray worked out great. Will find many other places for it. Just installed one in my outdoor bar-b-que unit. Look at picture. Mahalo
