                  it was a gift to my boyfriend who has a toshiba qosmio 17", very heavy and very hot, this laptop cooling keeps the toshiba in less than 60 C, before the computer reached 80 C, so it is a big help. My boyfriend says that it is very comfortable and the support to the mouse it is wonderful.
