I work for a video game studio with 30+ employee's. We have ordered these chairs for all of our staff and they all love them. Our staff tend to be sitting for most of the day and we make sure to provide them with ergonomic chairs, keyboards, etc. and these chairs have been perfect. My only con was that I wish that you could order them without the arms as many staff choose not to have them attached to their chair. So, I end up with boxes of arms in storage that I have no use for.
Service and delivery comments:
Service/delivery has almost always been prompt. The only time that it wasn't was when I ordered over ten chairs. There was a bit of a delay then so that the order could be filled.
