No problems with the on-line purchase or delivery of this daybed. I love the piece - it accomodates a twin mattress but has the look of a sofa vs a daybed. Very happy with experience and item.

Looks beautiful
A standard mattress will leave a 3-4 gap that you can see straight down to the floor below. An extra long twin is two inches to long. The manufacturer said that they don't have a mattress that fits snug, and that the gap is for "thick bedding"
slats that support bed and trundle bed can easily break if a child jumps on it even once.
