The service was very good. The description of the color is not as described, nor shown on the web site. Mocha is suppose to be a dark brown, as depicted on the web, and the box is marked mocha (3 times) but it's a very light brown. I would recommend the product for its use and comfort, just watch out for the color... you might not get what you thought it was.
