The Aries Torchiere has an acrylic shade, with a steel pole. It takes two 150W bulbs (included). Scientific labs confirmed that the Aries Torchiere provides 18% more ambient room light and 35% more efficiency in overall room illumination than a standard 300W halogen torchiere. Assembly required.
