it was delivered slightly damaged, but they promptly resolved it. i still gave them 5 stars and would order from them again, because they gave me no problems when i contacted them about the chip and i am satisfied with resolution. the quality of the product is very nice, worth the money! arrives assembled. color is slightly darker than pictured - more expresso/black, but very stylish.
