• The standard flooring is made of #1 grade treated southern yellow pine
• The pine is pressure treated to resist decay and insect damage
• Kiln dried after treatment to assure it stays flat, does not bow or twist, and limits checking
• Highly suggested to seal the floor regularly
  
• The top of the gazebo does not come with shingles
• The bare roof allows you to choose the shingles or metal roofing that suits you best, and saves on freight costs
• The standard vinyl railings offer clean lines, low maintenance and great durability
• The railing legs and spindles are solid vinyl, while the horizontal rails are vinyl coated #1 grade treated southern yellow pine
• Railing comes in pre-made sections that attach to posts with supplied screws
