The Portable Advantage Rail by Health Craft utilizes your strength to assist you in standing and sitting anywhere from the bathroom to the bedroom, locking for stability while you pull laterally for transfers.  This portable model features a floor plate that is mounted to the floor.  The bathroom safety pole then attaches to the floor plate and can be detached to move out of the way when not needed.  Features include a pivoting and locking horizontal rail to assist you in standing and sitting down.  With a gentle lift, the safety bar is unlocked to allow it to pivot, when down, the bar is locked.  Made of steel with an anti-microbial powder coated white gloss finish. The rail moves with you for safe, small steps like a walker, yet it can lock for safety in an instant in case of a loss of balance or need to rest.  The rail diameter is 1.25", the length is 17" with a premium quality grip.  The bar height can range from 30-38" with five included settings.  Locks in 8 positions at 45 degrees.  Holds up to 300 lbs.  Fastening hardware NOT included.  It is recommended to have installation performed by a qualified contractor.
