        I used this shelf to divide a too high space in my dish & cup cupboard. With the shelf space now doubled I have room for all my mug collection AND my dishes. And everything is much safer not piled on top of each other. Way to go!

          Shopper: Could this be used in the freezer section on a refrigerator?
          Susan C: Yes, I think this could be used in the freezer or refrigerator. Good luck!
          Lois G: Not unless you have a very large freezer section. The shelf is a little over 5 1/2 inches high, so you would need several inches clearance over that to do any good. If you have an ice maker, it would be too long to fit.
          Kristine P: If the product says it can stand the cold temperature I don't see why not. I used it to "stack" a shelf above my cable box to hold a DVD player- don't know how much weight you intend it to hold.
          Lynette M: I don't know why not. I use mine in the kitchen cupboard and i love it. It maximizes the space and allows me to put more in the same area. I think it would work well in the freezer as well.
          Terry B: Sure...I use in my pantry, but no reason you couldn't use in freezer. I LOVE these shelves...now i have twice as much space....

          Teadye S: Maybe, but it's pretty wide. But it's sturdy enough. I found it was too wide for my dish cabinet but moved it into the shelves over the washer and gave it a new life. Any coated wire shelves of this sort would work in the freezer in my experience.
          Amy D: In my freezer, the shelves are made of the same material, so it wouldn't work in mine...I would not recommend this product for that use. I would look for something that didn't have open spaces in it.

          Teadye S: To stack platters in the cabinet. It was too wide for the cabinet as I had intended to use it, but I migrated it to the laundry closet and it works splendidly there.
