It is able to stand up to tough cleaning chemicals like bleach and paint thinner, and allows you to wipe permanent marker off with ease! Another great feature of this finish is it prevents yellowing, preserving the attractive natural look of this art center.  Features eleven-ply Baltic birch plywood, the strongest plywood in the world, with piles laid cross-ways to make each board strong and prevent expanding and contracting during seasonal weather changes.  Dowel-pin construction prevents weakening at the joints where most stress occurs and extends the product's lifetime by 50%.
