Haiku Kurouchi 6 3/4" Yasai-Giri Knife by Chroma

With an incredibly durable construction modeled after that of traditional Japanese cutlery, the Haiku Kurouchi 6 3/4" Yasai-Giri Knife is a must-have for any serious gourmet. The knife has a durable steel blade and is reinforced through the handle.

The Haiku Kurouchi 6 3/4" Yasai-Giri Knife is a great addition to the kitchen, providing precision cuts and slices with ease. This Japanese knife is made with a very hard blue Aoko steel blade and is extremely sharp. The steel blade of this traditional knife is reinforced with a soft iron metal, allowing for greater flexibility and stability when in use. This quality-crafted knife is made in strict accordance with the traditional ways of the Tosa region in Japan. Because this specialty blade is made from non-stainless metal, please pay close attention to the included care-advice. This knife can be susceptible to high-acidity foods and without proper care may begin to rust or corrode. The mahogany blade provides a comfortable grip for the knife.
